Teachers today are burning out at higher rates than we’ve ever seen in the history of our country.

Our teachers are a priceless resource to the future of our world. It’s not right that they get burnt trying to light the fires of learning. Many classrooms that I have visited have severely emotionally disturbed children interspersed with healthy, willing students. When you have canaries and gold fish together and attempt to teach the entire group to fly or swim it’s frustrating and failure results.

The special interventions for classrooms that have children with Reactive Attachment Disorder or other attachment problems are unique, powerful and effective. It takes a team to heal a hurting child. Teachers are a vital part of that healing team.
