We offer information on adoption / attachment and bonding issues, and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) as a not-for-profit service to families and professionals. We are also the official home of Families by Design providing educational materials and seminars.

The goal of this site is to provide help for each wounded child with attachment disorder, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) and hope for each awesome parent and team member. Awesome parents are the ones who search everywhere, including the web, looking for answers to help their child. The parenting techniques I teach have been honed on some of the most challenging children in the United States. Parents and professionals must adjust these tools to suit each child's and each family's needs.

Special needs children do not succeed when parented as a "normal child"; they need special help. When parents, teachers, therapists, and respite providers join together we can have a powerful team to help heal a hurting child.
